In recent years, demand for semiconductors has increased further with the development of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and autonomous driving. This has led to a shortage of personnel to support the semiconductor industry, creating an urgent need to develop personnel with advanced expertise and skills in semiconductors and semiconductor integrated processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This program offers comprehensive graduate-level education that encompasses a wide range of topics\u2014from fundamental technologies related to semiconductor integrated processes, including advanced materials, fabrication processes, and reliability assessment, to applied fields such as actuators, sensors, and robotics\u2014within the disciplines of mechanical engineering and materials science.
